Live and Local Double Bill – Sherlock Holmes and Curse of the Mummy

Sunday 8 December 2019 at Wymeswold Memorial Hall

We look forward to welcoming you to our next Live and Local event in Wymeswold Village Hall on Sunday 8th December – A Double Bill of Spoof Comedy Shows – Sherlock Holmes and Curse of the Mummy. Doors and bar open at 7pm. The performance starts at 7.30pm.

Three actors will take you on a whirlwind adventure. With slick, physical comedy routines and dodgy accents, you will laugh, cry and hopefully beg for more. Follow bumbling Sherlock Holmes and his useless sidekick through Victorian London to a farm in Bray, in chase of an evil culinary mastermind. Then go on a quest with Montana Jones and a love-cursed Mummy to ancient Egypt, as they attempt to stop a camp Nazi spy from releasing a plague that will destroy the world.

With a nod to the golden age of British humour, ‘Last Chance Saloon’ mix their shows with farcical physical comedy and quirky musical parody, allowing audiences of any age to escape from everyday life into a world of pure unadulterated enjoyment.

Tickets are available from Laura: 07932 623005 and from Wymeswold Pharmacy.
Tickets £10 (standard), £5 (under 16), £25 (family of four).

We hope to see you there!
